The Bible is filled with verses that speak to the importance of honesty and integrity, and remind us of the consequences of deceit and dishonesty.     1. Proverbs 12:22 – “The Lord detests lying lips, but he delights in people who are trustworthy.” This verse highlights the importance of being honest in all our dealings, as it is pleasing to God.

    10. Proverbs 10:9 – “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.” Living a life of honesty and integrity brings security and peace, while deceit ultimately leads to exposure.
